SHIPPING
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Our t-shirts are printed on demand, so your order needs approximately 2 to 4 days to prepare before shipping. Once it's shipped, you'll receive a tracking code so you know when to expect it.
Where are the t-shirts shipped from?
We have a production center in Barcelona from where shipments are managed.
Do you ship to all of Spain?
Yes, we ship to all of Spain.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we also ship internationally throughout Europe.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs are calculated automatically before checkout. Shipping is FREE if you are purchasing from Spain.
How can I track my order?
We will send you an email with the tracking link when your order is on its way.
What happens if my order is delayed?
If any issues arise, we will notify you and you can contact us without any problem.
MATERIALS
Are the t-shirts 100% vegan?
Yes, all our t-shirts are suitable for vegans.
Are the inks tested on animals?
No. We use vegetable-based inks and are not tested on animals.
SIZES AND FIT
How do I choose my size?
Consult our size guide on the product page and choose the one that best suits you.
Are the t-shirts gender-neutral?
Yes, all our t-shirts are multi-gender.
Do t-shirts shrink when washed?
100% cotton t-shirts tend to shrink, especially if washed at high temperatures or tumble dried. We recommend keeping this in mind and washing them in cold water and air drying them.
EXCHANGES, RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Can I exchange or return a t-shirt?
As these are products made to order, we do not accept returns due to size or change of mind.
If your t-shirt arrives with any defect, please write to us at hola@vegantees.es Tell us what the problem is and we'll solve it.
What is the deadline for making a return?
You have 30 days from receipt of the order.
How do I make a return?
Write to us at hola@vegantees.es and we'll explain the process step by step, along with the address for your return.
Who covers the return shipping costs?
We only accept returns for product defects. In that case, return shipping costs are covered by us, provided the shirt has not been worn and the proof of purchase is retained.
Can I exchange a t-shirt for a different size?
Since the t-shirts are made to order, size exchanges are not possible. We recommend consulting the size guide before purchasing.
When will I receive my refund?
Once the return has been received and checked, the refund is made within a maximum of one week.
What happens if my shirt arrives with a defect?
Write to us at hola@vegantees.es and we'll sort it out as soon as possible.
